In May we filmed with ITV Countrywise when we took Liz Bonnin and a group of 4 children from Barlinnie School in Glasgow on a night time adventure. The programme should be aired in the autumn, so you'll have to wait until then to see how we got on and what wildlife we encountered.
We spent an interesting, albeit a very cold night with the BBC Countryfile Team last week. Presenter Anita Rani ( plus camera crew) accommpanied us on a NWT night time safari through the countryside of Dumfries and Galloway. To see how we got on tune in to BBC Countryfile on Sunday April 17th.
We are already planning ahead for next year and have booked a stand at the prestigious Visit Scotland Expo 2016 based at Ingliston, Edinburgh, April 20th and 21st. We will be there in partnership with Solway Tours and Galloway Walking and Cycling holidays promoting Dumfries and Galloway under the banner of 'Dumfries and Galloway Countryside Experiences'.
Nothing stops here at Nocturnal Wildlife Tours with tours continuing throughout the year.
Nocturnal Wildlife Tours recently helped to facilitate a BBC TV programme when a young girl with a rare allergy to sunlight wanted to experience her passion for wildlife. It was shown on the BBC One Show in January 2016.
